Exorbitant Cesarean Rates.

Many of you have likely heard the statistic that one in three pregnant women will deliver via cesarean section. This statistic is true, however, the statistic that many of you haven't heard is that only about one in seven women actually need a cesarean. This discrepancy in suggested and actual cesarean rates has very little to do with the mothers and actually a lot more to do with the healthcare system that is advising their delivery.
